Cincinnati Bengals vs. Dallas Cowboys: Three Keys to Victory and Prediction

The Cincinnati Bengals have a chance to be above .500 for the second time this season as they travel to Arlington, Texas to face the Dallas Cowboys.  Here are three keys keys to a Bengals victory as well as a final-score prediction:

Keeping Zeke In Check

The past two weeks Ezekiel Elliot has carried the ball 53 times for 278 yards.  The Bengals have not allowed a single rushing touchdown this season and no opposing player has rushed for 100 yards against the squad.  Something’s gotta give in this matchup.

Continue to Feed A.J. Green

Andy Dalton has targeted A.J. Green 44 times this season.  Green has caught 32 of those passes for 468 yards and two touchdowns.  Great things happen when these two are in sync.

Converting on Red-Zone Opportunities

The Cincinnati Bengals have the worst touchdown percentage when entering the red zone.  That’ll have to change if they want to come out of the state of Texas with a W.

Both teams are playing well right now and the picking the winner of this game is essentially a coin flip.  I’m picking the Bengals to win because they had a few extra days to prepare for this game and clean up their mistakes in the red zone after a victory over the Dolphins on Thursday Night Football.

Cincinnati 23  Dallas 21
