Tim Beck Out, Ryan Day In For Ohio State’s Offensive Coaching Staff

The Ohio State Buckeyes are making changes to their coaching staff after a 31-0 loss to the Clemson Tigers in the PlayStation Fiesta Bowl.

An anonymous source has informed me that Tim Beck will no longer be on the Ohio State coaching staff and Ryan Day will be hired onto the offensive coaching staff for the team.

Day worked for Urban Meyer at the University of Florida as an offensive graduate assistant in 2005.  He’s been the offensive coordinator of both Temple University and Boston College.  In his past two seasons he was the quarterbacks coach of the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers.

Quarterback J.T. Barrett ended the season with a combined one touchdown pass and three interceptions against Michigan State, Michigan and Clemson.

I decided instead of moving somewhere else, I'd stay here in Columbus, Ohio and start a website that embraces what the 614 has to offer.
