CBJ Look TO Avoid Third Consecutive Loss On Thursday As They Face The St. Louis Blues

After a 4-2-0 start to the season, the Columbus Blue Jackets have dropped back-to-back games, both of which occurred in front of their home fans with a final score of 4-1.

The return of Seth Jones didn’t make a difference on the scoreboard for Columbus on Tuesday, as the club lost their second contest in a row at home.

Maybe going on the road is a good thing for Jackets, who are 2-1-0 away from Nationwide Arena so far.

Columbus will be facing the St. Louis Blues on Thursday night.  The Blues have lived up to their name, with a disappointing 2-3-2 start to the regular season.

While statistics and matchups matter, Thursday’s game is a simple case of two underperforming squads looking for a victory and some momentum.

Will the Jackets step up and deliver a winning performance as road warriors, or will the Blues give Columbus their third consecutive loss?  We’ll just have to wait to find out.
